Owen Wilson hits the links in the first look images of Apple TV +’s upcoming golf comedy, “Stick”, premiered on June 4.
Made by Jason Keller (co-writer of “Ford v Ferrari”), the series plays Wilson as Pryce Cahill, a washed-up former pro-golfer whose career was derailed 20 years ago. Golf stars Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley, Max Homa and Wyndham Clark will make guest appearances, as well as broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman, Matt Scharff, Brad Dalke and Garrett Clark and golf enthusiasts than RapaPort.
Keller is the showrunner of “Stick” and Executive produces alongside Wilson, Ben Silverman for propagating content and entertainment 360s Guymon Casady. The series is also executed by Howard T. Owens, Rodney Ferrell, Drew Buckley, Lee Eisenberg, Natalie Sandy, Christopher Moynihan, Bill Callahan, Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton.
