OMNAM GROUP UNVEILS NEW BRAND IDENTITY AND INTEGRATED OPPORTUNITIES FOR EUROPEAN HOTEL OPENINGS | News

European-based luxury hospitality and real estate developer Omnam Grouptoday unveils a major evolution of its brand, marking a new chapter in its journey to become one of Europe’s most established and influential hospitality development and investment groups. Founded in 2011 and led by David Zisser, the group introduces expanded integrated capabilities, improved teams and a refreshed visual identity. Together, these new developments illustrate the scale, maturity and end-to-end scope of Omnam’s operations as the company develops a pipeline of ground-breaking hospitality projects across Europe. The portfolio, which represents a combined total project value of €2.6 billion, includes Baccarat Florence, Rosewood Bauer Venice, Park Hyatt Taormina, Four Seasons Puglia, a unique luxury project in Paris and the recently launched The Lake Como EDITION.
The group now consists of a team of fifty specialists and has built up a leading presence in key markets in Europe. With ten projects and more than 280,000 m² under development, Omnam has built a reputation for investing in and shaping culturally-resonant destinations, managing properties that balance long-term value for investors, while creating high-quality experiences for guests. Omnam’s greatest strength lies in its expertise throughout the entire life cycle of a hospitality project – from acquisition through development and asset management to exit.
The group’s enhanced workflow, which includes the Investment, Finance, Legal, Engineering & Design, Development, Commercial & Marketing, Innovation & Technology and Asset Management teams, enables stronger internal collaboration between departments, while continuing to work closely with the best external consultants and partners throughout the life of the project.
Omnam’s investment team sources deals through an extensive network of long-term relationships and conducts in-depth analysis of hundreds of opportunities every year. Promising projects progress to a detailed diligence phase involving all company departments and an investment committee made up of senior managers.
From the earliest stages, Omnam’s team shapes the concept and positioning of each property, working closely with leading international hotel operators to determine the optimal brand selection. The group then leads and manages every detail, from design and planning to all construction, purchasing, partnerships, creation of a culinary universe, wellness and styling elements, recruitment and the pre-opening strategies, ensuring a successful opening for each project. Following the opening, the group will continue to work closely with its partners to operate the property, shaping the experience through high-level research and integrated technology. Then, based on the business plan for each property, Omnam Group moves to the exit phase or continues to build the hotel positioning in its market to become a generational asset.
This fully integrated approach ultimately supports Omnam’s ‘Build to Core’ strategy: creating institutional-quality hospitality assets in highly liquid markets, designed to attract long-term investors such as pension funds and high-net-worth individuals at exit.
Unlike traditional developers or investors in Europe, Omnam takes on a deep, hands-on role, with expertise and ownership for every stage of the process, essentially future-proofing the properties, guided by the core values of curiosity, community and cultural relevance. The group has built a reputation for navigating complex projects – often in protected heritage or highly regulated locations – and has a proven track record of creating value spaces that are loved by both investors and consumers, and that provide investors with superior risk-adjusted returns. This long-term commitment reflects Omnam’s belief that development does not end with handover, but extends to operations, brand performance and sustainable guest satisfaction.
Aiming to create a more prominent public presence after many years of discreet practice, the group’s refreshed brand identity extends across all of Omnam’s official online, social media and print assets, positioning it for both business and lifestyle audiences. Presenting a brand new website, new logo, brand palette and typography and visual style guidelines, the group has redesigned itself to suit this new phase, highlighting its refined personality and sophisticated approach.
A key element in expanding the group’s internal capabilities is Omnam Design Studio (ODS), an Omnam team of dedicated designers and architects charged with conceiving and shaping hospitality projects from the ground up. Shaped by experience and enriched by extraordinary creative influences from past projects, the department empowers Omnam to push the usual boundaries with unique collaborations across creative sectors, broadening project scope and delivering more direct, consumer-focused, community-focused hospitality solutions. ODS’ first end-to-end projects are The Lido at The Lake Como EDITION and the Park Hyatt Taormina.
Finally, but potentially one of Omnam’s most interesting developments, is the new Innovation and Technology department. Operating simultaneously as part of Omnam and as an independent “tech start-up”, this team researches and strives to gain deeper insight and understanding into the changing wants and needs of guests, using focus groups, cross-sector research and Omnam’s extensive industry knowledge. Based on these learnings, the team is building AI-native products, which aim to anticipate guest behavior based on robust hotel data and metaverse elements. The solutions aim to support hospitality concepts with higher occupancy rates, guest satisfaction and revenue in various ways, thus supporting the creation of authentic communities in hospitality projects around the world.

“This evolution primarily improves the way we listen and integrates the lessons we’ve learned over time, and with that in mind reflects how we’ve structured the company to operate more cohesively and responsibly as we grow,” said David Zisser, founder and CEO of Omnam Group. “By strengthening our internal teams and public image and remaining highly engaged post-opening, we ensure each project performs operationally, resonates culturally and delivers on its long-term potential for our guests, partners and investors.”
Omnam is currently experiencing a crucial milestone in the group’s evolution. With the recent opening of the Lake Como EDITION on March 10, 2026 and several more high-profile openings in Europe to come, Omnam Group will showcase the full expression of its integrated development philosophy in these projects, where years of vision, design refinement and operational planning manifest into living, breathing destinations.
