Hulk Hoganson, Nick Hoganis to sue Bubba the Love Sponge … he claims that the not -issued documentary of the popular radio presenter about the WWE legend infringes the copyright and trademarks of his father.
Nick – acting as a representative for the Hulk estate – on Tuesday brought the court case at a federal court in Florida … After Bubba revealed that he will drop “Video Killed the Radio Star: The Untold Story of the Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal” later this month.
Nick says the doc-Die promises to tell the real story about how Hulk’s romp with Bubba’s then wife, Heather ClemWas leaked to the media – contains unauthorized images of the sex tape.
In the suit, Nick claims that part of the video was actually played in a trailer that Bubba recently released.
Nick also claims Bubba – Real name Todd Alan Clem – Has promoted the documentary with the help of Hulk’s trademarks without permission.
Moreover, Nick says that releasing the documentary would violate a settlement agreement that Bubba and Hulk entered into in 2012 via the tape. The details of the agreement have been edited in the court case.
Nick sues to stop the release of the documentary and for other non -specific damage.
