NBC Fall 2026 Premiere Dates: ‘Traitors: New Blood,’ ‘The Voice’

NBC has officially set the premiere dates for the fall 2026 broadcast season.
NBC will officially kick off on September 9 with NFL coverage of the Seattle Seahawks hosting the New England Patriots in a rematch of last year’s Super Bowl. The first Sunday night broadcast will air on September 13 when the Dallas Cowboys meet the New York Giants.
The broadcaster will air the Primetime Emmy Awards on September 14, while the fall scripted season kicks off three days later on September 17 with the premiere of “The Traitors: New Blood.” Alan Cumming once again presents the civilian version of the great competition series, kicking off with a two-hour episode on the 17th. Another two-hour episode will air on September 24, after which the series will move to a one-hour time slot from October 8.
Season 30 of “The Voice” kicks off on September 21 with new coaches Queen Latifah and Riley Green, along with Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine. The new drama ‘Line of Fire’ follows the two-hour premiere of ‘The Voice’. The show stars Peter Krause and Hope Davis and follows a family of law enforcement professionals caught up in a conspiracy.
All three “One Chicago” shows – “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago PD” – return on Wednesdays starting Oct. 7. Then, “Law & Order: SVU” returns on October 8, followed by “Law & Order.”
On October 23, Reba McEntire returns with ‘Happy’s Place’ season 3, followed by the series premiere of the new multi-cam comedy ‘Newlyweds’, starring real-life husband and wife Téa Leoni and Tim Daly as two older adults who impulsively marry after a whirlwind romance.
Finally, Season 3 of “St. Denis Medical” returns on November 2, followed by Season 2 of “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins.”
As previously announced, the reboot of “Rockford Files” starring David Boreanaz and the new comedy “Sunset PI” will take place mid-season.
NBC will also celebrate its 100th anniversary with a three-hour special broadcast on December 10. The annual coverage of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade airs on November 26.
