Milo Yiannopoulos embroiled in divorce battle as judge rejects request for emergency relief

The case, filed by John McKinley Campbell in Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2025, is still ongoing more than a year later – and shows no signs of slowing down.

Outside of legal proceedings, little is publicly known about Campbell, and he does not appear to have a prominent public presence.

However, court records show that he took an active role in the case, filing multiple motions and requests during the proceedings, including the recent attempt at spousal support.

His documents show he is seeking financial support as part of the divorce, a common point of contention in divorce cases involving shared assets and income.

The couple previously married in Hawaii at the Four Seasons Resort in 2017, with Yiannopoulos publicly calling his partner only “John” at the time.

In later years, he made headlines with comments about his personal life, including in a 2021 interview that he pursued a celibate lifestyle and distanced himself from his former public identity due to his Catholic faith.
