Longbridge hires Azita Guzzo to lead technical innovation -efforts

Guzzo has more than 20 years of previous experience in leading technology -initiatives in mortgage loans, car financing, health care and software industry. She is a recognized leader in artificial intelligence (AI), robot process automation and advanced analyzes.
“I am honored to become a member of Longbridge Financial for the company and this industry at a crucial moment,” Guzzo said. “I look forward to promoting the company’s technology platform to improve the accessibility of our product by improving experience and maintenance experience for older homeowners.”
Guzzo will report to Packer and will work closely together in addition to Nicole Taylor, vice president of the company, technology.

In two recent interviews with Reverse MortGage Daily, Packer shared his vision on how Longbridge AI absorbs in his daily business activities. The company believes that AI should be more including seniors, and it sees a rapid improvement in productivity, especially under the service team.
