Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives is pleased to announce the promotion of Krisztina Vaszjunyina to Resort Manager, in recognition of her exceptional leadership, operational expertise and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences at the award-winning luxury island retreat.
Krisztina has been an integral part of Kuda Villingili’s leadership team since 2021, when she joined the resort as Director of Rooms. In this role, she successfully oversaw several key operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation and Transport, ensuring seamless coordination and consistently high levels of service throughout the resort.
Her strong operational acumen and commitment to service excellence led to her promotion to Director of Operations, where she further expanded her responsibilities for the resort’s daily operations. Working closely with department heads and the executive team, Krisztina played a critical role in strengthening operational efficiencies, improving the guest journey and fostering a culture of collaboration across the island.
With over 15 years of international hospitality experience, Krisztina brings a wealth of expertise gained in luxury resorts in the Maldives, Cyprus and Greece. Prior to joining Kuda Villingili, she held leadership positions at renowned hotels including Cheval Blanc Randheli and Anassa Hotel, where she developed a strong reputation for operational excellence, team leadership and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Her promotion also reflects Kuda Villingili’s commitment to nurturing talent and strengthening strong female leadership within the resort’s management team. Krisztina’s journey within the resort is a testament to the resort’s culture of growth, mentorship and recognition of dedication and expertise.
In her new role as Resort Manager, Krisztina will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, working closely with the leadership team to further elevate service standards while continuing to create memorable experiences for guests visiting the island.
