Klay Thompson’s dating history revealed amid Megan Thee Stallion drama
After Megan Thee Stallion shared subtle hints about her relationship with Thompson on social media, the athlete made their romance public in a July 2025 Instagram post.
They paraded their connection at public events, including the rapper’s Inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City.
The FLUTES hitmaker gushed about Thompson in a February interviewand remarked, “Well, I never want to tell [anybody] to just get into a relationship just because everyone else has one, and I’m not going to tell you to just get into a relationship because you have to. To be honest, I didn’t even know I was going to be in a relationship.”
“This is one of the first times I’ve actually felt too comfortable,” she added. “I’m comfortable, baby!”
While they ever hinted that he wanted an engagementthe Grammy-winning artist confirmed that she had ended her relationship with Thompson.

It echoed her Instagram Stories statement, which seemed to suggest Thompson cheated on her.
“Cheating, I was playing with your whole family… I got ‘cold feet,’” she wrote on social media. “I’m holding you through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season, now you don’t know if you’re ‘monogamous???? can be B—- I need a REAL break after this… bye everyone.”
