Kendra Duggar promises ‘therapy’ for her kids, despite not having any

Joseph left jail on Tuesday, March 31, nearly two weeks after he was first arrested in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and then transferred to Bay County, Florida, to face charges.
He was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim and to be supervised at all times around other minors – including his own children.
If he is found guilty, his access to his children could be significantly limited. Florida has some of the strictest child abuse laws in the country, with violations punishable by up to life in prison.
Even once the convicts are released from prison, they still face extreme and lasting consequences as it is a requirement that their names be permanently added to the National Sex Offenders Register.
Under Florida law, that also means staying a certain distance from children, including his own.
