IHG Hotels & Resorts strengthens its resort offering in India | News

IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Yash Hotels & Resorts LLP for the development of Holiday Inn Resort Alwar. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2030, the hotel marks IHG’s entry into the city of Alwar and will further strengthen its resort offering in India, in line with the company’s strategy to grow in high-potential leisure and emerging destinations.
As one of IHG’s best-known brands, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts is focused on providing warm and reliable service to help guests get the most out of their trip. With a service philosophy rooted in creating better stays and meaningful experiences, the brand is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of holidaymakers, wedding guests and business groups visiting Alwar.
Located in Alwar, also called the ‘Gateway to Rajasthan’, the 150-storey resort is set against the backdrop of the Aravalli Hills, where rugged terrain meets greenery and open landscapes. The hotel is well positioned to cater to the growing demand in the city, supported by its proximity to Delhi NCR, Jaipur and the Sariska Tiger Reserve. Holiday Inn Resort Alwar will feature multiple dining options, resort-style amenities and dedicated meeting and event spaces, making it ideal for holiday stays, social functions and corporate functions.
