The new app has been developed to cover the three main phases of the travel cycle: before the trip to the destination, during the stay and after departure. Additionally, H10 Rewards members can fully manage their stays across the chain.

• Before you travel | Scheduling and Benefits: Users can be assured of the best guaranteed online rate at all times and conveniently check-in online prior to arrival. This streamlines check-in at reception and ensures that guests can enjoy their stay from the first moment.
• During the stay | The entire hotel at your fingertips: guests get more autonomy within the hotel. Through the app they can reserve restaurant tables, request wellness treatments at the Despacio Spa Centre, reserve parking spaces or extend their stay by requesting a late check-out. The Room Service module also allows users to view the hotel’s dining menu and place orders directly to their room, without having to make a phone call. • H10 Rewards | Loyalty program management: the app fully integrates the private area of the new members. Loyalty program members have instant access to their digital membership card, exclusive benefits based on their tier, points balance and redemption, and both active and past stay history.
