MIAMI, June 23, 2026WTE Miami will bring together the global travel industry to explore the trends, technologies and partnerships shaping the future of tourism October 27-28, 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Visitor registration is now open for the exhibition, which is expected to double in size and impact following its acquisition earlier this year by Fairfest Media.

More than 500 exhibitors, 7,000 buyers, 500 hosted and VIP buyers and senior industry leaders from around the world will come together for the largest gathering of national tourism organizations at any travel trade show in America.

This year the theme is central ‘Travel advisor of the future’ reflects the evolving role of advisors as technology, traveler expectations and distribution models continue to evolve.

The WTE conference will feature more than 100 speakers across more than 20 sessions that will delve deeper into the trends, technologies and business models shaping the future of travel distribution and retailing. Sessions will explore how AI is transforming destination marketing, customer engagement and distribution, along with the latest information on U.S. consumer behavior, outbound travel trends, travel advisor influence, social media, creator-led destination discovery and data-driven tourism marketing.

The program is being developed in collaboration with industry bodies and partners including Host Agency Reviews (HAR), the Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) and the African Travel Association (ATA) – to ensure the conference combines practical advisor education, destination expertise and global industry perspectives. Each session is designed to equip travel professionals with tangible strategies to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
