From cabin to catwalk: Eurowings flight attendant is “Germany’s Next Top Model 2026” | News

From the cabin to the catwalk – and straight into the spotlight: Aurélie Carina, flight attendant at Eurowings, has won the final of “Germany’s Next Top Model”. The 22-year-old from Pulheim near Cologne convinced both the jury and the audience with her charisma, professionalism and authentic personality – and has thus written a very special success story above the clouds.

“I’m just a normal girl, just like anyone else – and suddenly everyone knows me and wants to take a picture with me. It’s completely crazy,” says Aurélie. She finds it particularly surreal when passengers recognize her on board. “I don’t know when I’ll get used to it. Winning the title will always be a special moment for me.”

Aurélie, who has Brazilian roots, has been part of the Eurowings crew for several years. Colleagues describe her as warm, open and full of positive energy; qualities that the fashion world has now also discovered in her. Even before her TV career, the Rhinelander stood on big stages as a cheerleader, loved sports and interacting with people.

Aurélie regularly notes that daily life in the cabin and life on the catwalk are surprisingly similar: “Neither is a nine-to-five job. You are constantly meeting new people, working as a team and having to demonstrate presence, empathy and professionalism in every situation. That is exactly what connects the job of a flight attendant with that of a model.”

Eurowings CEO Max Kownatzki is also pleased with his colleague’s success: “Aurélie embodies what Eurowings stands for in a special way: she inspires people with her natural, approachable manner and boundless positive energy. She also shows how much personality and talent there is in our crews. Naturally, the entire Eurowings family is very happy with this award. We are proud of you, Aurélie!”
