FHA -Loingen dominate delinquencies in the ‘first look’ report from ICE

Due to the debilitating forest fires in Los Angeles earlier this year, ICE says that 4,100 homeowners in Los Angeles are now over on their mortgages, compared to 700 in January, with daily performance data that suggests that the number could be higher in March.
Shielding starts (-17%) decreased in February when the US saw 33,000 shielding start, but rose from the same time last year as Va Shielding activity is resumed. Start saw a change on an annual basis of 34.53%.
The total stock percentage for the sale of the American executions was 0.39% in February, a change of a month of the month of 2.16% and an annual basis of -1.99%.
Prepayment activity (SMM) fell to 0.46% in February, the lowest level in a year, at higher rates and a seasonal dip in housing sales. Month-over-month, SMM saw a change of -5.09% and year-on-year, a change of 8.71%.
The sale of executions was 5,600 in February, which is a change of one month of -11.40% and an annual basis of -7.03%.
A total of 1,913,000 properties were over 30 or more days, but not in the shielding, a change of a month-over month of 28,000 and a change on an annual basis of 131,000. However, 2,123,000 properties are 30 or more days over or in shielding, a change of a month-over month of 32,000 and a year-on-year change of 130,000.
The number of properties that 90 or more days are over, but not measured in shields at 528,000, a change of a month-over-month of -12,000 and an annual change of 69,000.
