Fairway promises $ 1 million to Texas Flood Relief
“The loss of life and the destruction caused by the floods in Texas last weekend are difficult to fathom. Our hearts break for the families that mourn such a sudden and unexpected loss,” said Marc Wood, regional senior vice president of Fairway, in a statement.
“This is the time to love and serve our dedication to love and serve our communities and we are committed to do everything we can to support and help rebuild in the aftermath of this tragedy.”
Fairway challenges other mortgage companies that do business in Texas to match his efforts. The donation of the Fairway will continue Wood group givesOne of the non -profit partners from Fairway in the area.
“Our hearts and prayers are with the families that were hit by the floods of Texas last weekend,” added Matt Wood, a regional senior vice president for Fairway. “It is a helpless feeling to see how family members are separated, communities that are destroyed and then have to seek and find out who lives at the end of it. We mourn with all those who were hit, and we pray for God to comfort and now be close.”
“It is really humiliating to be part of a company that makes this kind of contribution,” said Brad Dragoo, senior vice president and area manager of Fairway. “We always pay lip service how we are here to help and serve, but it is times when this is really going up when Fairway really goes up and shows its true colors. We hope that other companies will respond in the same way – it is the least we can do.”
