Exp Realty embraces Digital Twin Tech to transform workflows
“I spoke to someone who was interested in becoming a member of the leadership team and said,” Hey, I would like to lead kind of implementations, “said Pareja.” I didn’t get that. They said they thought it’s like evangelization. I said: ‘No, it is everyone’s job. That is literally everyone’s vacancies.
“We fully believe that we are becoming AI resident. And so, whether you are a frontline person or a senior person, things were building things that they all wanted and can use. It’s all here. It’s not something scary. I think the people who will embrace it will surpass better than those who don’t.”
Bravo said that EXP -founder Glenn Sanford has built one of the first twins of the company – perform a wave of experiments.
“We didn’t know what would happen,” he said. “We didn’t know exactly what we were building. We just knew that there was really great new technology that made a daily user or non-technical user who could achieve incredible things. And so we started playing with it, and the digital twins made that Glenn, and then I decided to make one.”
Remove bottlenecks
Pareja has also built his own digital twins, trained in decades of speeches and articles.
“There is a GPT of mine that the team uses quite a bit, and therefore that someone was really full of all the keynotes I have ever done, everything I have ever written, and so it has a real, really good understanding of my voice,” said Pareja. “So, the marketing team can write something and then say,” Let it sound like Leo. “
“We are all guilty in our daily workflow of our own bottleneck. So if you have team members, direct reports, someone you report – who can have a quick digital conversation with someone in the team and give a quick assessment – that is a victory.”
AI at work
Pareja pointed to Fyxer AI e-e-mail company that draws up answers in the tone of an agent and told a recent user story of the Brandon Snyder agent established in Houston.
“Brandon received a message on a Saturday while he did family things, himself described nerdy things, when he tells you the story,” said Pareja. “He got an email and it went something like:” I asked who was the most investor-friendly broker in Houston and it gave me your name. “
Pareja said that the Fyxer AI Digital Twin -e -Mail Responder has drawn up an e -mail and went to Synder’s Google Meet to identify available agreements for that week.
“Brandon opened his phone as he did family items, said,” Oh, this is pretty good “and responded right away,” he said. “This happened on a Saturday and I want to say two to four weeks later, they are approved for a single -family home.”
Global Scale, Vangrails
For Bravo, the power of digital twins in empowering personnel worldwide – especially in regions where time zones are difficult communication.
“I was able to create the digital twins on top, for those teams too super power, where it is not only our regional leaders who have access to me at certain times a day,” he said. “Now it is all staff, regardless of whether you are a director, if you are an onboarding analyst, whatever level you are within the organization, you have access to a thinking partner of mine.”
But he emphasized that guardrails stay in place.
“The twins do not change the decision figures,” he said. “Everyone within a company or organization has different levels of decision -making capacities. Every leader has defined guardrails and the twins does not exceed that. A human leader jumps in for context outside data or policy.
“The twins can help them think through things, but it still requires that human connection and touch for us to make that decision together.”
Back to the future of digital twins
Digital twin technology was created by Dr. Michael Treat In 2002, in an interview with Housingwire, the chief scientist of Advanced Manufacturing and Executive Vice President of Operations at the Florida Institute of Technology, that he was affected by the EXEk -Exputives that executives have spoken about the technology.

Earning also sees the potential to reform the economy of ownership and construction of real estate.
“We see digital twins on a larger scale for Smart Building, Smart City Dingen,” he said. “But I think the real estate market can absolutely benefit from having a digital twins, even from residential homes. There is predictive maintenance and people say:” I think you need a new oven. Here is the digital twins of your house, and it shows that the oven will fail next winter. ” I mean, that would be a huge opportunity.
“If you could actually go to a metaverse and see a couple of houses without ever driving around if at least a first pass, that would be a big seller.”
Bravo and Pareja said they would like to communicate with Rievers about his career work and nuances of digital twin technology.
“Maybe we can even have our digital twins have a chat,” said Bravo. “It is great to hear (mourning) happy with what we do. It all happened very quickly. We have had a bit first, and people always find out new things, whether it is chatgpt or any other AI tool.
