EXCLUSIVE: Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s LA Condo Hits the Market for $2.4 Million – 3 Months After Rocker’s Death

Ozzy Osbourne‘s stunning apartment in West Hollywood, CA, has hit the market for $2.375 million, less than four months after the rock ‘n’ roll legend died in his native England.
The chic high-rise unit, which is on the list Jonah Wilson, Jos GreerAnd Rudy Serrato of Carolwood Estates, was purchased in 2022 for $2.25 million through a trust managed by the family’s longtime financial advisor, the same man who has overseen much of the Osbournes’ real estate portfolio over the years.
It is one of two units in the same building that have been owned by Ozzy — who died in July at age 76 from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease — and his family. They sold an adjacent apartment in the high-rise known as Sierra Towers in October 2024 for $4.35 million.
The newly listed home, which offers one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, was previously listed on the rental market in February 2024 for $9,500 per month.
Although smaller than the family’s other Sierra Towers apartment, this property still boasts over 1,200 square feet of living space and comes with several luxurious amenities, including numerous perks offered to all residents of the lavish building.

These amenities include 24/7 security, door attendants, valet parking and reception service, as well as fitness facilities, an outdoor pool, steam room and extra storage space.
Located on the 10th floor, the unit features a large living room with light wood walls, recessed lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony.
The galley kitchen has a counter with seating, stainless steel appliances and a glossy marble floor. The room also has a dishwasher plus a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious bedroom has a walk-in closet, private terrace and built-in desk. Meanwhile, the bathrooms are hotel-level luxurious, with details such as double sinks, luxurious glass showers and mirrored walls.
Although it is unclear who occupied the property, it is believed that the Osbournes had not lived in the building for some time, having made clear their desire to leave Los Angeles and return to their native Britain in 2022.
Although Ozzy and his family had lived in the US for many years, the rocker made no secret of his desire to spend the rest of his life at home in Britain, revealing in an interview with The Observer that he and his wife, Sharon72, planned a return to their homeland.
The singer said at the time that he had become frustrated with his life in the “bloody ridiculous” US, while also citing gun violence in the country as another reason for his desire to leave.
“Everything is fucking ridiculous [in America]. “I’m tired of people being killed every day,” he said. “God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas during that concert. … It’s fucking crazy.”

However, the move was postponed after Ozzy faced several health issues that forced him to stay in California longer than he had hoped.
Just weeks before his death, it appeared the Osbournes had officially said goodbye to America once and for all, with Sharon explaining to Planet Rock that her husband was finally able to move into their home in Britain in March this year, noting at the time that he was thrilled to join his Black Sabbath “brothers” just in time for their final performance together on stage.
‘He’s coming in March. His brothers [in Black Sabbath]he is excited to be here with them,” she shared in February, noting that his move would mark the couple’s permanent move.
Less than four months after Ozzy’s return to Britain, he made a landmark return to the stage, when he and his Black Sabbath bandmates:Tony Iommi, Guy ButlerAnd Bill Ward—performed together for the first time in twenty years at Birmingham’s Villa Park stadium.
An emotional Ozzy took the opportunity to thank the band’s fans for their support over the years.
“I just want to say to you on behalf of the guys at Black Sabbath and myself, your support over the years has made it possible for all of us to live the lifestyle that we live,” he told the audience near the end of the show. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you; we love you.”
Ozzy died just four weeks later.
The news of the Black Sabbath The singer’s death was announced via a statement from the Osbourne family, which read: “It is with more sadness than words can convey that we must report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning.

“He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family’s privacy at this time.”
His cause of death was later revealed in a death certificate filed by his daughter in London. Aimeewho called the rocker a “songwriter, performer and rock legend,” noting that his death was the result of cardiac arrest and coronary artery disease.
Ozzy died of “(a) Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes),” according to the document, which was obtained by The New York Times.
In 2020, the Black Sabbath frontman revealed for the first time that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
In an interview on “Good Morning America,” he explained that he had experienced nerve pain that led to the discovery of his condition.
He also said in January 2024 that he had undergone a whopping “seven surgeries in five years,” including a procedure on his spine in September 2023.
Sharon spoke about their move in a July 2024 episode of their eponymous podcast, admitting that they were desperate to return to Britain full-time, but that “every time we get ready to go, something happens to Ozzy’s health.
“We’ll get there,” she added. “We want to get back so bad, but we’ll get there. Right, Ozzy?”
