Donald Trump’s fortune made him America’s richest president

Outside of crypto, Trump’s real estate empire remains a cornerstone of his fortune. Its golf clubs and resorts are valued at approximately $1.5 billion, including the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida and Trump National Doral Miami.

Properties including Trump Tower in Manhattan and the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas contribute to a broader portfolio valued at more than $1 billion.

Trump has also continued to benefit from aggressive branding deals tied to his name. Financial disclosures showed millions in royalties from Bibles, watches, sneakers, perfumes and even a Trump-branded “45” guitar.

Trump’s recently launched cell phone service is the latest commercial venture launched around his presidency.

Meanwhile, First Lady Melania Trump has also profited heavily during her husband’s presidency.

According to reports, the 56-year-old received approximately 70 percent of a $40 million licensing deal with Amazon tied to her much-derided documentary film, Melania.

She has also disclosed income related to NFTs and speaking engagements, while her own meme coin, which launched earlier this year, reportedly has a market cap of around $90 million.
