California winery blaze erupts in scorching fireballs

A fire in California’s Livermore Valley wine region ripped through out buildings at a winery on 27 May amid dry conditions.

Crews from CAL FIRE and the Alameda County Fire Department arrived to find two large barns and surrounding brush fully engulfed in flames.

Firefighters brought the blaze under control by the evening, preventing it from spreading. No injuries were reported.
