Employees of the Microsoft founder said their boss worked hard to appear relaxed and relaxed Wall Street Journal that they would practice Gates’ look on a doll for years, often settling for a collection of neutral sweaters, button-down shirts and pressed pants, all of which were kept in a building off the premises.
The clothes were meant to evoke the friendly character of Fred Rogers, the beloved children’s television host who favored red sweaters and comfortable sneakers.
It appears Gates’ stylists are once again trying to smooth over his image as the businessman’s relationship with Epstein has come under renewed scrutiny and accusations.
The newly disclosed megabatch of Epstein files included an exchange between the financier and Gates from 2013, in which the late child molester claimed that Microsoft’s big boss had contracted an STD while cheating on his then-wife Melinda.
‘To make the damage you’re doing to them even worse [sic] beg me to please delete the emails about your STD, your request that I give you antibiotics to secretly give to Melinda and the description of your p—-,” Epstein wrote in an email.
