When it comes to email, Less Annoying CRM employs a BCC logging approach: You forward or copy (BCC) client emails to a special CRM address, and the CRM automatically attaches them to the correct contact record. It’s not high tech, but it works consistently, with minimal setup, minimal friction, and minimal risk of things breaking.
