Avora Residences launches ‘Continuum’ and introduces a new private membership club at sea | News

Avora Residences today announced the launch of Continuum, a private, membership-based concept designed to deliver a global yachting lifestyle without the responsibilities of ownership.
Created for a new generation of ultra-high-net-worth travelers, Continuum introduces a new model that combines the intimacy of a private yacht with the consistency and reach of a living platform at sea.
At the center of Continuum is Avora Lumina, a Regent Seven Seas ship being transformed into a boutique residence and private membership experience. The ship is being redesigned to provide the level of service, privacy and design typically associated with private megayachts, while providing the infrastructure for long-term voyages around the world.
Members have access to:
Private Continuum Suites on special decks
24/7 butler service with white gloves
Exclusive rotating culinary programming with world-class chefs
Members-only dining options and private salons
A fully integrated, global concierge that manages door-to-door travel
The experience extends far beyond the ship, with an emphasis on seamless, fast access both on board and ashore. Membership includes:
Priority shore access with private tender service
Curated water experiences, including submarines and personal watercraft in select destinations
Access to global events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival and Art Basel
Private aviation coordination and jet airline partnerships
Driver-driven transfers and executive-level security services
Continuum follows a continuous, three-year global itinerary, visiting more than 140 countries on seven continents, with itineraries designed to align with seasonal highlights and major global events. Members have the flexibility to join and leave when they wish, positioning the experience as a portable home rather than a fixed itinerary.
Membership is intentionally limited to 150 worldwide, with an initiation fee of $150,000 and annual dues of $75,000, providing up to 60 days of onboard access per year. This structure is designed to maintain availability, foster a curated community, and deliver a consistently high level of service.
“Continuum was never designed for scale; it was designed for precision,” says Mikael Petterson, founder of Avora Residences.
Continuum eliminates the operational complexity traditionally associated with yacht ownership, while maintaining access to the lifestyle – eliminating the need for maintenance, staffing and fragmented trip planning.
“Luxury today is about collecting unique experiences without compromise. A luxury yacht lifestyle,” adds Petterson.

The concept also includes a dedicated platform for sustainability and well-being, which offers:
Advanced diagnostics and preventive health programs
Access to leading practitioners in performance and recovery
Personalized wellness protocols integrated into daily life
Continuum is also designed to enable digital assets and reflects the changing preferences of globally mobile, modern asset owners. By supporting cryptocurrency transactions and integrating with digital asset ecosystems, Continuum provides a seamless, flexible experience tailored to a more fluid, borderless approach to wealth.
Continuum is now accepting a limited number of founding members. For more information or to request a consideration, visit AvoraResidences.com/Continuum.
