AMBROS DAYTONA JOINS WYNDHAM TRADEMARK COLLECTION AS FIRST DAYTONA BEACH PROPERTY IN THE BRAND | News

Daytona’s first boutique hotel, Ambros Daytona, has joined Trademark Collection by Wyndham, part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, becoming the first hotel in the portfolio in Daytona Beach. Opening in January 2026, the 50-room hotel is designed for holidaymakers with an emphasis on wellbeing and aims to transform the coastal city’s hospitality offering.
Trademark Collection by Wyndham celebrates independent hotel identity and gives owners the freedom to preserve what makes their properties unique, while leveraging the global scale, commercial strength and operational support of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Designed for travelers who value individuality and authentic experiences, the collection offers distinctive stays that reflect the character of each destination.
Developed by visionary entrepreneurs Louis S. Caiola, Graham Jones and Gregory Jones, Ambros Daytona is located on Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach, known as ‘The Shores’. It offers guests 50 rooms and suites in two categories: Queen rooms averaging 30 square meters and King Family Suites ranging from 30 to 50 square meters, several of which have kitchenettes for added convenience. Several rooms offer full ocean views, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. Each room and suite is decorated with a bespoke “Ambros Cool Blanche” color palette, while “Greek Villa” tones on the ceilings create a tranquil, sophisticated atmosphere. Local muralist Christopher Nebel created the murals in the rooms, inspired by the artistic style seen in Lenny Kravitz’s Brazilian home. The hotel fragrance, Apotheke White Vetiver, offers guests a sensory experience through diffusers, room sprays and toiletries.
Pioneering a new era for the city, Ambros Daytona brings the energy of a modern boutique beach club to the area, offering a stylish alternative to the traditional, colorful Florida aesthetic. The original three-storey 1960s structure has undergone a meticulous transformation to combine modern elegance with timeless charm, retaining the original exterior envelope while showcasing extensive interior redecoration. Minimalist, soothing color tones are featured throughout the rooms and furnishings, while the vibrant pool terrace and lounge area features poolside Blomus sunbeds and majestic and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, complemented by The Counter, a poolside café where guests can enjoy light refreshments, wine, beer and light coastal fare. The personal approach to hospitality all helps to create an unprecedented experience for travelers visiting for sports competitions, festivals, the legendary surfing holiday or simply a relaxing beach holiday.

To further enhance the guest experience, Ambros Daytona will introduce the adjacent Ambros Daytona Wellness Studio, a 12,000-square-foot space across the street from the hotel, in summer 2026. The studio offers yoga, holistic massages, surfing lessons and beauty treatments and will cater to both hotel guests and the local community. The studio will be led by Paige Jagger, Wellness Coordinator of Ambros Daytona, who will provide a daily lineup of programs and activities that perfectly complement Daytona’s relaxing beach lifestyle.
“We are excited to partner with Trademark Collection and bring Ambros Daytona to a broader audience of travelers seeking a luxury, boutique hospitality experience,” said Louis Caiola, co-founder of Ambros Daytona. “Daytona Beach is an important place to us, and we are excited to have the opportunity to share with their guests what makes this stretch of the Atlantic coast so special.”
Graham Jones, co-founder of GRJ LLC and developer of Ambros Daytona said, “We saw an opportunity to revitalize the city with the opening of Ambros Daytona, and we are pleased that this vision is shared by Wyndham. Ambros Daytona represents a new era of hospitality in Daytona Beach, and we are proud to showcase what the city has to offer our guests.”
