Alaska town sees its last sunset until August

Timelapse video from the National Weather Service shows the final sunset and sunrise in Utqiagvik, Alaska for at least a few months. From now until 2 August, residents will experience 84 days of midnight sun, meaning uninterrupted daylight.

The natural phenomenon occurs during the summer months in the Arctic and Antarctic circles.
