A look into the life of Olivia Newton-John’s husband after her tragic death

Easterling has consistently honored Newton-John after her death.

A few days after the announcement of the Xanadu star’s passing, he shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram page.

“Olivia, our love for each other transcends our understanding. Every day we expressed our gratitude for this love that could be so deep, so real and so natural. We never had to ‘work’ on it. We were in awe of this great mystery and accepted the experience of our love as past, present and forever,” Easterling wrote.

Easterling continued, “In Olivia’s deepest essence, she was a healer who used her mediums of song, words and touch. most courageous woman I once knew it. Her bandwidth for genuine care for people, for nature and all beings almost eclipses what is humanly possible. It is only the grace of God that has allowed me to share the depth and passion of her being for so long. In her most difficult times, she always had the spirit, humor and willpower to bring things into the light.”

He closed the post with a warm letter that read, “Even as her soul rises, the pain and holes in my heart are healed with the joy of her love and the light shining forth. Our family deeply appreciates the vast ocean of love and support that has come our way. Forward, John Easterling.”

He also celebrated what would have been Newton-John’s 74th birthday in September 2022.

Then, in February 2023, Easterling opened up about their relationship at the star-studded state memorial service for Newton-John.
