Shawn Mendes Weighs In On Sabrina Carpenter, Camila Cabello Love Triangle
Shawn Mendes feels guilty about his past love triangle with exes Sabrina Timmerman And Camila Cabello …apparently addressing the drama for the first time.
The singer appeared to address the messy romantic situation in a sneak peek Johannes Mayer‘s upcoming SiriusXM show, “How’s Life,” which will drop a new episode on Thursday.

In the clip, Shawn admitted that he was with “someone” when he decided to reconnect with an ex… though he recalled not giving the lover too much time to process the news.
He noted… “Two days before I started hanging out with my ex, [I] saying that I’m staying with my ex because I have unresolved feelings. Maybe instead of two days it could have been two weeks.”
As Shawn continued, he seemed to share his biggest lesson from the drama…as he confessed that “no one gets out of this life without hurting someone.”
It didn’t take long for fans to draw conclusions about who Shawn was referring to, given the ongoing reports of a previous love triangle involving himself and his pop star exes.
Remember, in early 2023, Shawn was specifically linked to Sabrina…just to be seen rekindle his romance with the Fifth Harmony alum in April of the same year.
While all parties remained tight-lipped about the complicated situation, Sabrina seemed to allude to the overlap in her 2024 hit, “Taste.”
One eyebrow-raising lyric even teases… “I heard you guys are back together and if that’s true / You’ll just have to taste me when he kisses you.”
Clearly all the drama wasn’t worth it… Shawn and Camila’s romantic reunion failed as quickly as it restarted.
All 3 singers are currently single …although Shawn recently admitted that he has been discovering his sexuality. So it’s unclear if he’s even dating at this point.
