Mel B showed off her assets in a sizzling Instagram post as a new feud broke out between her Spice Girls bandmates.
RadarOnline.com can reveal Mel showed off her backside in a nude photo shared to her Instagram while discussing her ‘me time’ self-care routine.
Meanwhile, her former bandmate Geri Halliwell was accused of creating a TV drama series about the group that could have raked in millions for Mel, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Mel C.

Mel’s self-care routine started with undressing for “infrared absorption.”

Mel, 49, literally laid her self-care routine bare for her Instagram followers on Tuesday, November 26.
The post showed a photo of a naked Mel in a room glowing with red lights as she grabbed her butt with both hands.
She captioned the post: “Okay, I’m going to show you my ‘me time’. Self-care things I do because sooo important to me. Okay, this was yesterday’s protocol.”

Mel shared a video of herself stretching to ‘warm up the body’ before a session in the ‘infrared sauna’.

The pop star then explained each image in the carousel, starting with the photo of her bare backside, which she explained: “photo 1, I start with infrared absorption for 20 minutes.”
Her second photo described the benefits of “infrared absorption” and was followed by a video of her doing a stretching routine in a red bikini.
She added: “picture 3, then we start to warm up the body by stretching for 15 minutes in the infrared sauna.”
In the fourth image, Mel was seen cross-legged in a sauna in the same red bikini, before a video captured her glistening with sweat as she left the sauna for a “walk to the ice” bath.

She concluded her post with a note highlighting the importance of her multi-step self-care routine, writing, “I love taking care of myself, I always have to remind myself how wonderful it makes my soul feel inside , so I won’t.” I don’t get caught up in everyday life and work before I do it again, now of course it’s not always that in depth haha, at home my self-care routine is very simple.”
While Mel focused on not getting “caught up in everyday life and work”, a war was brewing between her former bandmates.
Halliwell, 52, is accused of derailing a TV series and then costing the former Spice Girls members more than a million each.

Sources said Geri Halliwell’s objections to the TV series Spice Girls marred the deal for the other members.

According to an insider, each Spice Girl member was approached about a TV series in which actresses would be cast to play each member.
The source explains: “Five actresses would have taken on the roles of Posh, Ginger, Scary, Sporty and Baby.
‘The venture would have given them all wage deals of around £1m because they had essentially not lifted a finger.
“But as negotiations progressed, the others were told that Geri had objected.”
The source continued: “The plans have essentially been scrapped.
“They wanted to get the buy-in from the whole band and without Geri it’s hard to do that.”
