Prince William joins ‘New Heights’ ahead of Taylor Swift’s wedding

Travis Kelce posted a surprise “New Heights” interview with Prince William on Friday, the day he gets married to his pop star fiance Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden in New York.

“We thought we were going to be talking to fat offensive linemen, not kings, queens, princes of other countries,” co-host Jason Kelce said as the 30-minute interview came to a close. “This is pretty wild.”

Jason Kelce turned the conversation to Swift, at one point asking the Prince: “What’s the most iconic moment at Wembley Stadium: Travis scoring a touchdown against the Lions in 2015 or Travis being a backup dancer for the one and only Taylor Swift?” Of course, William joked back, “Travis as a backup dancer.”

Travis later commented that he would love to dance with Swift on tour again: “Listen, if Tay’s going to sign up for a tour, I’ll happily make sure we bring her back to life.”

Just weeks before her engagement announcement, Swift joined the Kelce brothers on the “New Heights” podcast and unveiled her latest album, “The Life of a Showgirl.” The episode was viewed 13 million times in just 24 hours.

After days of speculation, the Associated Press confirmed Friday that Swift and Kelce will tie the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden. The streets surrounding MSG are closed and police assigned to the area have been told to expect heavy foot traffic. Some reports say that Swift and Kelce’s guest list includes nearly 1,000 names, and that the wedding will feature performances by Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw.
