STRADOM HOUSE HOTEL & SPA, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION LAUNCHES NEW AND ADVANCED WELLNESS AND SPA MENU | News

Stradom House Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection, in collaboration with notable London wellness practitioner Alexandra Soveral, has launched a new holistic wellness and spa treatment menu at SÓL Spa, marking a significant new chapter for the Krakow property as one of Europe’s most innovative urban spas. The expanded offering introduces a more immersive approach to wellness in the heart of the city, positioning the hotel as a destination for restorative luxury experiences.

Stradom House is set in a carefully restored 14th-century monastery, where longevity, holistic wellbeing and urban hospitality are seamlessly combined to create a unique guest experience. At the heart of the experience is SÓL Spa, developed in collaboration with London-based physician Alexandra Soveral, whose philosophy of plant-based, intuitive skin care informs the spa’s treatments, alongside the hotel’s fragrance identity and in-room amenities. Inspired by Poland’s centuries-old salt-making traditions, SÓL Spa has now unveiled an extensive treatment menu, introducing a new collection of holistic facial and body rituals, rooted in advanced bodywork and natural healing traditions.

The new menu is divided into three parts: Face, Back & Body and Heritage. Facials showcase Alexandra Soveral’s signature ‘Soveral Method’ facials, designed to restore skin health through lymphatic drainage, deep facial massage and bioactive skincare formulas. Soveral is internationally known for its intuitive, practical approach to skin care and has pioneered holistic facial therapies that integrate aromatherapy, herbal medicine and emotional well-being for over thirty years. Guests can choose from the signature Soveral Method, a 60-minute treatment focused on regeneration, radiance and muscle relaxation, the more intensive Soveral Method Plus, which includes detoxifying masks, massage stones and complementary sculpting techniques, or the shorter Soveral Express, which provides an immediate lifting and hydrating effect using hyaluronic acid-rich formulations designed to refresh tired or travel-stressed skin.

Alexandra Soveral has also developed the SÓL Oil Bar, a personalized aromatherapy massage experience, rooted in her years of expertise in essential oils and holistic healing. Drawing on her background in aromatherapy and natural plant medicine, the treatment uses custom blends of botanical oils, selected based on the physical and emotional needs of each guest, creating a highly sensory ritual designed to soothe the nervous system, support skin nourishment, and encourage regeneration of the mind and body.

Bodywork specialist Beata Aleksandrowicz has designed the signature Deep SÓL treatment, which combines deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Thai stretching, touch therapy and energy work to release muscle tension and restore overall balance. Aleksandrowicz’s treatments are designed to address both physical recovery and emotional stress. The Deep SÓL is offered in two iterations: the back treatment targets the source of tension in the back to provide relief and maintain overall relaxation and strength throughout the body, while the body treatment allows guests to relax while addressing muscle tension.

Guests can also experience heritage-inspired rituals developed in collaboration with facial massage expert Shiri Aharoni, including traditional facial massage with handcrafted agate gua sha instruments, rooted in Chinese and Taiwanese medicine. The treatments are designed to improve circulation, release facial tension and promote natural collagen production. They combine age-old techniques with a contemporary wellness approach. Further additions include the SÓL Ceremony, a mineral-rich salt exfoliation ritual inspired by Krakow’s historic salt mining heritage, alongside a bespoke Polish Herbal Clay treatment with herbal extracts and mineral-rich clay to detox and nourish the skin. Together, the new menu reflects SÓL Spa’s holistic approach to relaxation, skin regeneration and long-term wellbeing.

The spa also offers guests an extensive wellness circuit, including a 20-metre indoor pool, a steam bath, a bio sauna, an infrared salt sauna and relaxation rooms, as well as a fully equipped gym. These elements create a deeply sensory environment designed to support both physical renewal and mental clarity to create a comprehensive urban wellness retreat.
