Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, recently spoke to reporters about the menu at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn,
New Yorkwhere his client is being held, which is very different from the Michelin star dinner the A-lister is used to.
As for how Combs, 54, is faring in custody, Agnifilo said, “I think the eating is probably the hardest part of it (for him).”
The attorney added, “Sometimes, the more you push someone down, the stronger he or she becomes. No one likes to stay in jail.”
It has been reported that prisoners start their day at 6am with cereal, fruit and a gingerbread.
Lunch follows at 11 a.m. with a choice of burgers, fried fish or beef tacos, with scrambled eggs and cookies on weekends.
Dinner is at 4pm where there is a choice of chicken fajitas, pasta, roast beef and vegetarian plates such as lentils, tofu and baked beans.
It looks like Combs will have to adjust his palette as he won’t be released anytime soon.
