Reform and reset
Combining exercise and recovery, Reform & Reset is a carefully curated wellness experience designed for people who want to balance fitness and relaxation. Guests start with a BodyBase reformer class before heading to Saray Spa for a 30-minute personalized massage with full access to the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. For those who want to linger a little longer, a 60-minute massage upgrade is available for an additional AED 145.

BodyBase Open Day
BodyBase opens its doors for a week-long opportunity for guests to experience its signature reformer classes in a welcoming and approachable environment. Designed around the patented BaseLine reformer, the studio combines strength, endurance and conscious movement in workouts suitable for all levels. As there are a limited number of places available throughout the week, guests can secure their place via WhatsApp. The Open Day is completely free and new guests also have the opportunity to take advantage of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free class offer, valid within the same week of attending an Open Day class, making it an ideal opportunity to experience a fresh approach to reformer training, whether you are new to the practice or looking to build on an existing routine.
