Josh Flagg in escrow on Charlie Puth’s $14 Million Beverly Hills Estate
Jos Flagg is about to add a new property to his ever-growing real estate portfolio… TMZ has learned he’s about to Charlie Put‘s $14 million Beverly Hills pad.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … The “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star is under contract to buy the singer-songwriter’s five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, located in the wealthy Trousdale Estates neighborhood.
The real estate investor is about to keep this popular property under the radar as we’re told the deal is an off-market transaction. However, it is currently unclear what Josh offered to pay Charlie for the home.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram media.
Charlie bought the house from the famous American photographer Matthew Rolston in 2017 for $9 million. The home was previously listed for $17 million… but dropped to $14 million when it last hit the market in May 2024.
So we have a feeling Josh has scored himself a deal here.
The parsonage is certainly worth the high price tag. The Mid-Century Path – originally designed in 1965 by legendary LA architect, Rex Lottery – serious work has gone into it over the years.
Still, its legacy as a social center for Beverly Hills’ elite makes the property even more attractive. The house was once hosted Ronald Reagan‘s “kitchen cabinet” – aka the late Prez’s closest confidantes. The house was once owned by the “Tonight Show” producer. Freddy de Cordova and his wife, Janet de Cordova.
The house was also the subject of Matt Tyrnauer‘s exposé on Janet in Vanity Fair “Once Upon a Time in Beverly Hills.”
This isn’t Josh’s first big move into real estate. In March 2022, it boasted an area of 7,100 square meters. Beverly Hills mansion for $9.2 million. Records show he still owns the property.
In June 2023, he made headlines again when he expanded his investments with, among other things, a house Miami’s exclusive North Bay Road.
We’re told that Josh and his father: Michael Flaggwho was president of the highly successful women’s family fashion label, Edith Flagg (named after Josh Flagg’s businesswoman and grandmother) is also exploring several properties in New York… so his real estate portfolio could easily expand again soon.
Josh keeps his status as a top real estate shark alive!!!
