Four Seasons and Blasson expand in Spain with new hotel at Plaza Nueva in Seville | News
Luxury hospitality leader Four Seasons, together with Spanish real estate investment company Blasson, has announced plans to expand its presence in Spain with a new hotel in Seville.
Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla is located in the heart of the city at Plaza Nueva and will be located in a monumental building in the Arenal district. The capital of Andalusia, known for its rich history, its central location places the hotel close to Seville’s most celebrated entertainment, culinary and cultural attractions, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Seville Cathedral, Archivo de Indias and Royal Alcázar.

Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will offer approximately 55 rooms in an intimate setting spanning five floors. The building, which dates back to the mid-20th century, will undergo a complete revitalization before welcoming guests with skyline views, open-air terraces and completely redesigned rooms. Accommodations range from 40 to 117 square meters (430 to 1,260 square feet), including an expansive presidential suite. The architecture will be led by Madrid-based Lamela, and the interiors will be brought to life by AD100 honoree Belén Domecq.

Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla will offer three new and distinctive outlets for guests and locals to enjoy. Plans include a street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar with expansive city views, and a dynamic meeting place and lounge on the ground floor. Additional amenities include a spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool with views of Seville’s historic skyline.
