“There’s been vote rigging. There’s real vote rigging in California. You’ve got all the mail-in ballots and everything else. It’s very hard to win because the election is very unfair,” he said earlier this week. “If we had Jesus Christ come and count the votes, I would have won California because I do well with Hispanics, but it’s a rigged vote.”
