SPOILER ALERT: This story contains spoilers for the ‘Survivor 50’ finale.

“Survivor” brought back the time-honored tradition of reuniting the cast for a live in-studio finale on Wednesday night, where Aubry Bracco was announced as the winner of “Season 50: In the Hands of the Fans.”

After Bracco learned she was taking home the $2 million prize, host Jeff Probst announced that Cirie Fields had won the $100,000 fan-favorite prize sponsored by Sia.

Afterwards, Probst collected footage from season 51, which debuts this fall. The design of the season, titled ‘The Open Era’, draws heavily on the history of ‘Survivor’: every twist or advantage that ‘Survivor’ has ever introduced is reflected in the game.

On stage, Probst said with a laugh that the idea behind “The Open Era” is that anything “that has ever happened at any point in the show can happen in any season, at any time, in any order, without any warning.” He added that season 51 has already been shot and is “a lot of fun.”

The news caps a milestone season for “Survivor,” which has been on the air since 2000 with Probst as host. As reported in VarietyAccording to the recent cover story on the series, the show has already consumed more than 700 billion minutes over its 50 seasons, or more than 1.3 million years.
