As part of a regional celebration of the summer season, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur presents a curated selection of fruity sorbets, desserts and cocktails. The seasonal offering invites guests to enjoy refreshing creations inspired by the simple rituals of summer.

From May 29 to September 6, 2026, Four Seasons hotels in the Asia Pacific region will introduce summer culinary experiences designed for poolside enjoyment and dining, using local ingredients and signature techniques. Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur focuses on seasonal fruits, presented in a series of offerings curated and shared over 101 sun-drenched days.

Coinciding with summer travel from abroad and the mid-year school holiday in Malaysia, 101 Days of Summer brings together seasonal moments designed for guests of all ages. From ripe tropical fruit and chilled desserts to a refreshing spritz between swims, the program reflects the relaxing rhythms and sensory pleasures that come with the season.

The selection is served al fresco at the Pool Bar & Grill and can be enjoyed at the hotel’s outdoor pool, situated above Kuala Lumpur’s urban landscape. Guests looking for a cooler environment can enjoy the same offering at The Lounge, where fresh flowers and live piano music create a sophisticated indoor retreat.

A taste of summer

The menu includes signature dishes such as Pineapple Carpaccio with Lemon Sorbet, a combination of delicately macerated pineapple, citrus sorbet and candied raspberries, and Mango Bingsu, with shaved ice, topped with fresh mango and served with evaporated milk.

Cocktail selections are presented by the award-winning team at Bar Trigona, ranked 39th among Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Seasonal highlights include White Summers, which combines clarified melon with sparkling wine, ginger ale and cucumber peels, and Blushing Frost, which brings together gin, tonic and elderflower, finished with shaved kakigori made with Cameron Highlands strawberries.
