“I feel like when you’re grateful for every moment, it leads to what I think we’re all looking for, which is joy and peace of mind,” he added in his speech honoring the actress.

“And I think that’s all the things that make up Emily, and more.”

Johnson and Blunt have known each other for several years, as The Rock was also spotted calling the actress his “best friend.”

He said in a previous interview with Vanity Fair, “If Emily and I hadn’t been best friends, I don’t know if we would have been able to go to the places we went. That closeness created the trust, which then enabled the vulnerability, which allowed us to go anywhere.”
