Two things set Deel apart from competitors I’ve reviewed: payment flexibility and immigration services. No other EOR on this list gives workers as many payment options. Let’s say you’re hiring a contractor in a country where international wire transfers are slow or expensive. Having Wise or crypto as fallback options keeps your team paid on time and reduces friction during onboarding.

Visa sponsorship is also built directly into the contract creation workflow, letting you check eligibility, get a cost and timeline breakdown, and initiate sponsorship before an employment contract is even finalized. Competitors like Remote and Rippling may offer visa support, but Deel’s approach is more operationally integrated.
