Karoline Leavitt stated that shots will be fired tonight, hours before the gunfire broke out

According to the reportsAt least four shots went off at the Washington Hilton, with the shooting occurring just after 8:30 p.m., about twenty minutes after the president and first lady arrived in the ballroom.

The alleged shooter, who a source said at the time was from the Los Angeles area, was arrested and possibly shot. Disturbing photos taken after the shooting showed the suspect lying on the ground shirtless.

After the shooting, Leavitt’s words raised major flags, as one person responded, “Shots were indeed fired. How strange,” and another added, “Yes, this didn’t go well.”

One user suggested: “This video was posted an hour before the shooting at the dining room table in the building. I knew that event happened.”

“Just an unfortunate choice of words, the conspiracy theorists are crazy,” said one.
