Hannah Montana’s Malibu Beach House is listed on Airbnb for an incredible price, complete with her iconic rotating wardrobe
Fans of ‘Hannah Montana’ get the chance to ‘experience the best of both worlds’ by spending the night at the Malibu beach house, where Miley Cyrusiconic Disney character lived with her family on the hit show.
The oceanfront abode, which last changed hands in 1985 when it sold for just $1.3 million, has been on the market since July 2025, when it was listed with an asking price of $21 million. It has also been made available as a rental property for between $60,000 and $80,000 per month.
However, in honor of the recently released ‘Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special’ on Disney+, it is now offered on Airbnb for one a lot of more reasonable price: $0.
Twenty years after ‘Hannah Montana’ first premiered, the property has been taken back to its TV days, thanks to a dramatic makeover that has seen the master bedroom in the home transformed into pop star Hannah’s colorful retreat that will no doubt be instantly recognizable to her fans.
Images from the Airbnb listing — which goes live on March 26 at 9 a.m. ET — show the space decked out in vibrant colors and prints, including patterned wallpaper, framed images of Hannah herself, and a collection of her (albeit fake) gold and platinum albums.
A leopard print high heel chair, feather boa frame pinboards, and a host of Hannah-approved sequin ensembles also feature in the room.
Perhaps the most iconic element in the room, however, is the infamous ‘rotating cupboard’ that Hannah regularly used in the series. Designed with a curved railing that rotates at the touch of a button, the cupboard became one of the most recognizable elements in the teenager’s room during the show.
Interestingly enough, this is actually the first time the house has undergone such a transformation; While exterior shots of the property were used in depicting the Stewart family home on the show, the majority of the interior scenes were filmed on a sound stage in Los Angeles, including Hannah’s room.

“From the fashion to the setting and the spirit of Malibu, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to relive the moments that made ‘Hannah Montana’ unforgettable.”
For those less keen to live like Hannah – the fictional pop star who led a double life as both a superstar and an ordinary teenage girl named Miley Stewart – the rest of the property offers a much more traditional beach getaway, complete with an open-plan kitchen and living room overlooking the beach, as well as six other bedrooms, all of which have a more muted design.
