Oprah Winfrey, Rhea Seehorn, Abby Phillip among Gracie Awards winners

Oprah Winfrey, Rhea Seehorn and Abby Phillip are among this year’s winners of the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation’s Gracie Awards.
Winners also include Katherine LaNasa, Monica Lewinsky, Rachel Sennott, Sarah Snook, Tina Knowles, “Chappell Roan with Kelleigh Bannen of Today’s Country,” ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘Yellowjackets’.
The Gracie Awards Gala will take place on May 19 in Los Angeles, with local and student honorees being recognized at a luncheon on June 16 in New York City.
“Women’s stories not only reflect the world, they shape it, change it and refuse to let it stay the same,” AWMF President Becky Brooks said in a statement Monday morning. “This year’s winners are doing just that across every platform, every format and every audience. We are proud, we are moved and we are honored to say their names out loud.”
