Mickey Rourke reveals the reason he stopped paying rent on LA House

Speaking in January, his manager of nine years, Kimberly Hines, clarified the situation.
She told me The Hollywood Reporter: “The GoFundMe was done for Mickey. That money goes to Mickey. It doesn’t go to me. And now if Mickey doesn’t want this money and decides, ‘I don’t want help, it’s like it’s a charity,’ the money will be returned.”
“We said, ‘Mickey, there are people who want to help you.’ He says, ‘Okay, great.’ I don’t think he understood it, and now it’s been taken over by this media frenzy, and he freaked out,” she added. “He calls me for money. He calls friends for money. There was a GoFundMe set up for him, and now he’s turning it down?”
Hines also claimed that Rourke is not managing his finances very well. He reportedly has no bank account, “doesn’t have any money in his pocket”, lives paycheck to paycheck and is extremely generous to his friends.
