Brett Favre predicts rebound for Aaron Rodgers, ‘The Greatest Playmaker’

Jets fans will love this… Brett Favre tells TMZ Sports that long Aaron Rodgers remains healthy this season – New York will compete for an AFC championship.
Favre raved about his former teammate ahead of New York’s opener against the San Francisco 49ers … explaining to us that he truly believes the future Hall of Famer is still “arguably the greatest playmaker in the game at this moment”.
Favre said whatever breaks around Aaron, he can fix it — something New York teams have historically struggled with over the years.
“For lack of a better term,” the ex-quarterback said, “he can make chicken salad out of chicken s*** pretty quickly.”
Whether Rodgers can stay healthy is of course a big question mark. After all, he only took a few snaps before his last season Achilles gave up.
But the 40-year-old quarterback told the media last week that he is feeling good and expects “greatness” in 2024.
Just a few more hours before Rodgers gets a chance to prove himself… “Monday Night Football” kickoff in Northern California is set for 5:15 PM PT.
