Paris Hilton injures knee on music video set after recent trailer fire
Paris Hilton puts blood, sweat and tears into her new music video… while suffering a bloody knee injury on set following her recent catastrophic caravan fire.
The heiress gave a glimpse into her latest challenge shooting the ‘Bad Bitch Academy’ music video… which included a cut on her knee that required medical attention… before filming could resume.
Watch the video… Paris looks at her blood-covered knee and asks the people on set if there is glass in the wound – the foreign object turns out to be a rogue object… probably dislodged from her shiny silver outfit during the shoot.
Crew members encourage Paris to push through the injury, calling her a “trooper”… noting that they will cover the cut with makeup, and it won’t be visible in the next shot.
The show must go on… and the socialite agrees, declaring that she put everything into this music video.
Paris is of course referring to her makeup trailer fire in mid-August…what destroyed some of her designer clothes – including custom Swarovski outfits – wallets, jewelry, computers and personal souvenirs.
TMZ broke the story… Paris was in downtown Los Angeles shooting her new music video when her trailer went up in flames, but luckily no one was injured.

No word yet on the cause of the fire… but we’re told the LA Fire Department is investigating.
We’re sure Paris is almost ready to wrap up this production… there’s only so much one person can endure!!!
