Trump continues to insist he’s the ‘least racist president you’ve had in a long time’

Donald Trump has insisted he is “the least racist president you’ve had in a long time” amid controversy over a video he reposted to his social media featuring Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys. RadarOnline.com can reveal.
When a reporter tried to compare Trump’s claim that a “staffer” posted the clip with his accusation that Joe Biden did not know what was being done in his name, the Don became upset.
While aboard Air Force One on Friday evening, Trump came out and answered some questions from the press.
“Mr. President, you often criticize Joe Biden for not knowing what is happening in his name. This racist video that was posted is on your social media,” a reporter said.
Trump snapped back, saying, “I know what’s going on way better than you do! You don’t know what’s going on! I know what’s going on.”
He then insisted that Biden “had no idea,” but “we know everything.”
“And when you look at what’s happening to our economy, think about it: we’re years ahead of schedule,” he continued. “There are thousands and thousands of businesses being built right now, so Joe Biden had no idea. If Joe Biden were elected or if Kamala was elected, we would have no country right now. We won the election because of minority voters.”
The reporter didn’t stop pushing back, asking Trump if he thinks the post hurts Republicans with black voters.
After bragging about criminal justice reform, getting Black colleges and universities “funded,” and insisting that he got the “highest vote among Black male voters that they have seen in many, many decades,” Trump then addressed people who think he may be racist following his post.
“And as far as I’m concerned, I’m the least racist president you’ve had in a long time,” Trump claimed. “We’ve had – I’ve had a great relationship. Think about what I did. Criminal justice reform. Nobody else could do it. Obama couldn’t do it, nobody could do it. Clinton couldn’t do it. They actually went the other way. They went to a very bad thing for the African-American people, the black people. They went to a – they did very bad things. I did very good things.”
Trump then insisted that “no one has done more.”
He then turned to the post and noted, “Somebody’s posting, the staffer’s posting, you know, posting. And I knew what it was all about. If you look at that and see everything, it was a little section right at the end. But that was about fraudulent elections, which we’ve had, a lot of them. We’re going to make sure it’s stopped. And I liked the beginning, I saw it and I just passed it on.”
Trump then said he suspected “probably no one has discussed the end of it.”
“What I saw in the beginning was really strong,” he added. ‘It was about fraudulent elections. And every time I see stuff like that and what’s believable, you put it on. But someone slipped and missed a tiny bit.
“Now, by the way, again, a boost, I guess. I didn’t do it, by the way. This was done by someone else. This was a re-truth that was not done by us. But that was a very strong truth. A very strong statement was made about the fraudulent elections in a certain part of our country, which are really bad.”
Trump’s repost to Truth Social sparked outrage from both sides of the political spectrum, with Republican Senator Tim Scott calling it “the most racist thing I’ve seen in this White House.”
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt initially defended the post, noting that it came “from an internet meme video” that featured “Trump as King of the Jungle and the Democrats as characters from The Lion King.”
“Please stop the false outrage and report today on something that really matters to the American public,” she added.
The mail came down after being up for about 12 hours.
“A White House staffer accidentally took this position,” an unnamed White House staffer said. “It has been removed.”
