Collov AI, Side partner in virtual staging tools for agents

The partnership aims to support more than 3,700 Side agents by enabling them to create photorealistic, professionally designed spaces from uploaded photos.

Collov AI’s platform enables customizable design styles and can generate video walkthroughs from the same images.

Agents using the platform can reduce staging time by as much as 70% and traditional staging costs by as much as 90%, leaders said.
