Kroy Biermann Contacted Kim Zolciak’s Rumored Boyfriend’s Wife (Excl Details)

Us obtained the transcript of Green’s deposition taken on June 16, where she was questioned by Mowitz’s legal team as part of their pending divorce.
While she was being questioned, Mowitz’s attorney asked Green what information she knew about Zolciak.
“I’ve seen her on TV for years and seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s going through a very bad divorce,” Green said. “I have heard from others in the community who attended the same school her children recently attended that she is dramatic and did not show up much for her children’s activities.”

“I don’t know,” Green said when asked if Zolciak had met the children she shares with Mowitz.

Green also admitted that Zolciak’s estranged husband contacted her about the RHOA star.
She said Biermann, 40, called her to talk to her about “Kyle and Kim’s involvement and his concerns” about their relationship.
She alleged that Biermann told her that Zolciak, 47, would “financially…take money away from Kyle.” Green said Biermann showed her evidence that Zolciak had used Mowitz’s credit card for groceries and Instacart deliveries. Green said she had not added up how much the costs amounted to.

During the deposition, Mowitz’s lawyers also pressed her about other things Biermann told her about Zolciak.
“[He said] that she was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, and was not present for her children,” Green alleged. Green admitted that she met Biermann once at her cousin’s home. She claimed to have met him privately because he is a public figure.

Green said she did not meet him again and never had a romantic relationship with Biermann. She told Mowitz’s attorney that she had not communicated with the ex-NFL star in more than two months.
When asked why she did not turn over the text messages to Biermann in the divorce proceedings, Green said she deleted them.

Mowitz’s attorney also asked Green, “Would you be surprised to hear that?” [Biermann] was outside Kyle’s place yesterday?’ She replied: “Yes. Well, I mean, he told me he was.
Green said Mowitz was concerned about that. She said she was not concerned about Mowitz’s physical safety. She also denied giving Mowitz’s address to Biermann.

Green said she never tried to reach Zolciak.
If Us First reported, Zolciak is fighting a subpoena from Green’s legal team demanding she appear for a deposition and answer questions about gifts Mowitz may or may not have purchased for her.
The subpoena also requested that Zolciak remove all communications with Mowitz, all communications between Zolciak and any other third party relating to “payment for services or communications regarding [Mowitz]”, Green, their children or the divorce.
Green also asked Zolciak for documents regarding Mowitz’s paid for travel and any other documents related to her financial relationship with Mowitz.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomianitold earlier Us“We will not litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of appropriate court proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately reflect our client’s position regarding this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship that our client with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
The judge has yet to make a ruling.
