We unmask two people who try to cash in Charlie Kirk’s name

The murder of Charlie Kirk has turned the country upside down, but in the midst of the chaos, two people do everything to make money with the death of the deceased conservative by submitting trademarks, Radaronline.com can reveal.
Only five days after the death of Kirk, a man named Terrance Malone submitted documents to obtain the trademark for the expression “Charlie Kirk’s Life Matters”, but he doesn’t think something is wrong with his decision.
The 50-year-old, a resident of Pennsylvania, explained that his goal is to make clothing with the sentence, because he is planning to use it on different types of clothing, including jackets, bordshorts, fur hats, hunting pants and more.
However, Malone is not the only one who wants to cash in Kirk’s murder; A second application was submitted on Sunday 21 September by a woman named Jasmine Wong. The application asked for the right to use the name of the Ring-Wing Podcaster to make everything, from dresses to pajamas, and even clothing for babies.
“The name, portrait, parable or signature that is displayed in the brand does not identify a living individual,” Wong noted in her application.
Although the applications still have to be signed, it does not look good for Malone or Wong, because the Kirk estate should be with it to use its name and parable.
Malone and Wong feel all the heat for their plan, as an insider raged Radaronline.com. “At first glance, this seems like a desperate attempt by two people to cash in at the death of Charlie Kirk.”
“It feels opportunistic, and if they do not have a connection with Charlie or Turning Points USA, you can expect a bitter legal fight,” added the source, referring to Kirk’s Non -profit, who argues for conservative politics in high school, university and university campuses.
Kirk, 31, was shot and killed on 10 September while organizing an event at a university campus in Utah. Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested and accused of worsened murder, crime dismissal of a firearm that caused serious physical injury and justice in connection with the shooting.
The alleged murderer is said to be confronted with the death penalty.
On Sunday, September 21, thousands of people filled up the State Farm Stadium in Arizona to pay tribute to Kirk, who was praised a “martyr” by President Trump, who appeared late at the event and was seen behind a thick bulletproof glass.
Social media users even accused the controversial politician of falling asleep during tribute.
“Everyone thought that Trump gave Charlie Kirk. He fell asleep in the trusses when the camera applied to him,” claimed one viewer, as the other added, “Is the old man Trump asleep in Kirk’s memorial? How embarrassing.”
The 79-year-old also used his speech to get it again about himself, because at some point he said: “At that private moment, on his dying day, we find everything we should know about who Charlie Kirk really was.
“He was a missionary with a noble spirit and a great goal. He didn’t hate his opponents. He wanted the best for them.”
“That’s where I didn’t agree with Charlie,” said the former reality star. “I hate my opponent and I don’t want the best for them. I am sorry. I am sorry, Erika,” referring to Kirk’s wife, Erika.
He added: “But now Erika can talk to me and the whole group, and maybe they can convince me that that is not right, but I can’t stand my opponent.”
