Idaho Affordable Housing Office takes over Dara Claims from SGenter

“This partnership between SGugent and IHFA is a breakthrough in how technology can help tackle the American home payability crisis,” said Geno Paluso, CEO of SAGENT. “By automating claims to reduce operational costs, Dara IHFA claims to restore more maintenance costs and re -invest in affordable housing programs. Helping serviceers support that successful homeowner is about Dara by SGenter.”

The first-on-market implementation of DARA claims enables IHFA to process claims within its existing service system, to make contact with investors and to process multiple claim types, according to the companies.

Dara van Sagent is a software platform for mortgage clerks that combines all functions for loan management – such as payments, transfers, hardships and compliance – in one system.

“Our mission is to expand access to housing in Idaho, so every feasible solution must process a wide range of claim types and connect to different investors,” said Chuck Strength, Executive Vice President of IHFA. “Dara through Sgenter’s Claimme options and configurability lets us leave manual claims processing, reduce costs and time to process each claim and to restore more of our costs than ever. We can then return those savings to the programs that make housing options possible in Idaho and the other state agencies that we serve.”

The platform is designed to help employees reduce the loan losses and to improve compliance.
