Lukas Gage Shades Chris Appleton in Book Battle van Exes

Lukas Gage responds to his ex-husband Chris Appleton Announcing a upcoming self -help memoirs at the heels of the coming book by Lukas … and it sounds like he is throwing some shade.

We received the actor outside of Dogpound Gym in West Hollywood on Monday and our photo asked him about Chris who recently announced a self -help memoirs.

Lukas says he knew nothing about it, but feels “honored” to be “influential” with the timing of his ex’s book.

LG’s book, “I wrote this for atttinance”, will be released in October and Chris ” Your Roots Define You Don’t Define ‘, falls in January … Only 3 months after Luke’.

We asked Lukas a few follow -up questions, but it seemed as if he didn’t want to take any more observed photos at Chris … Although he might have said sarcastically that the timing was ‘by chance’.

This is on the same footing for Lukas … he apparently threw some shadow to Chris last year with A comment about dating appsBut then clarified that there was no bad intention.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Lukas and people in his team are not happy with the timing of Chris’ book release.

We broke the story … Chris, a celebrity hairdresser who works with the Kardashians, submitted for a divorce of Lukas Back in November 2023 after just 6 months of marriage. The divorce was completed in June 2024.
